VALUATION: This
is a Valuation option and NOT insurance.
Valuation is a higher liability taken by 1St Class Moving Storage (The
Carrier) to cover your goods. Claims are filed directly with the
Carrier. No separate policy
will be issued.
STORAGE:
For
all shipment going into storage a monthly fee equal to $1.00 per
$1,000.00 of Declared Value will also be added to the regular monthly
storage fee.
GENERAL
RULES: *
DECLARED VALUE of any shipment must be equal to, or be higher than:
$4.00 X Weight of Shipment.
* Items packed by owner are not covered under the basic coverage
or any of the above options.
* Mechanical conditions are not covered unless there is apparent
physical damage.
*
Claims for Interstate shipments must be filed with the Carrier in
writing within 9 Months from Delivery Date.
